Mission Statement
- We will treat each child with love and respect throughout each day. We will consider each child as an individual in our observations, encouragement and guidance.

- We will create a learning environment in which we model appropriate behavior, allow each child choice, opportunities to problem solve, and hands-on learning activities.
- We will provide security through our daily programming by instituting consistent routines, preparing activities in advance, and establishing a neat, clean, attractive and organized classroom.
- We will acknowledge the honorable intentions of each parent, avoid being judgmental, and provide needed education, encouragement, and support.
- We will strive to maintain an emotionally healthy and mature attitude in all of our interactions with children, parents and peers. We will regard ourselves as professionals and as such we will commit ourselves to ethical conduct and professional growth.

Philosophy
- We believe that each child is a unique individual.
- We believe that children between the ages of 0-6 years develop physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially at a rate that will never again be duplicated in their lifetime.

Statement of Purpose
The programs at Just For Kids will meet the needs of the children by providing the opportunity to be creative during arts and crafts, music, and dramatic play. Areas for growth in fine and gross motor are also incorporated into our daily programs. Daily activities are suited to the age level and developmental stage of for each child.
The teachers work as a team to provide knowledge and enrichment activities to help the children learn about their world and develop activities to think and communicate with others to help the child achieve social and emotional growth.
There is a balance of active and quiet play, nutritious snacks, in and out-door activities and opportunity for toileting, resting, art, and quiet activities. During free choice time the children will have the opportunity to play in small groups or alone. Our regular daily schedule provides the children with a structured and consistent routine, which provides the children with a predictable environment.
We encourage parent interaction through parent meetings, and parents will be welcome to participate in classroom activities. Parent meetings are held on an as needed basis. Parents may request a conference at any time.
